The 5 factor diet should work well for anyone because of the following:
1) eating every few hours (5 x per day) keeps metabolism sped up, blood sugars stable and feel full
2) well balanced with carbs, fats and proteins
3) cheat day each week which will "shock" your body and keep metabolism high. A little known trick used by bodybuilders for a long time.
I also agree with exercising twice in a day for 30mins each as oppose to once for an hour for example. Should mean your metabolism is high and you burn more calories all day long.
Five meals a day? Wow, I doubt a good physical fitness can be maintained. So what are those ingredients?
